CIMC Web Map Service
CIMC provides a "web map service"Exit that web map developers can use to create and integrate with their own maps. The CIMC web service provides access to the mapping component of the CIMC web application.
Here are some examples of what others have done with the CIMC web map service:
- http://www.risch.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/idaho-map-gallery Exit(one of the maps shows EPA Cleanup sites in Idaho)
- Johns Hopkins Maryland Food System Map (http://mdfoodsystemmap.org/map/ Exit), where cleanup sites are one of the environmental data categories. (Note: They also used the zipped CIMC shapefiles .)
